We have all seen just how expensive and hard to acquire some home study programs can be. The best ones also tend to be the most expensive... costing thousands of dollars.
If you are new to the business or have already spent more than you should and you still don't have the cash flow from your online business to cover the expenses of these programs, then consider this solution that was first proposed by Ben Franklin nearly 200 years ago.
Wouldn't it be nice if we formed an internet marketing library where members could post what course materials they have available and would be willing to loan out for a refundable fee?
I know. This goes against everything internet marketers stand for. However, consider how many books are available for free in the local library and YET publishers and authors still rake in big bucks for the books they sell. Amazon is still a book selling giant.
Consider how many home video rental store there are and YET movie theaters still show movies and films still make millions on opening weekends.
Why not a library for internet marketing. Here's how I see it working... feel free to offer suggestions or shoot holes in the idea.
I have an expensive home study course on Co-Registration by Brock Felt and Buck Risvi. It's pretty good. Cost me several thousand dollars. I want to keep it but I'm willing to loan it out to a trusted member for a refundable fee.
When the program is returned the fee is refunded... minus a small shipping and handling charge.
Here are the programs I'm interested in learning from: SEO by Nancy Andrews, Product Launch Formula by Jeff Walker, Conversion Rate Improvement by Eric Graham, Copywriting by Clayton Makepeace. There are others but those are on my wish list.
I also have Minisite Creator Platinum Edition by Jim Edwards (also a thousand dollar program) and I have Viral Video Fever 1, 2 and 3 by Charles Trippy.
Let me know what you all think and if anyone is willing to trade or loan out for a short period of time.
Cheers,
Brian
